Please note that Sparkle Cleaning Group does not guarantee the quotes and/or estimated prices you received and may be subject to change. We price our service based on many factors, which you can read about in the following sections.
We provide estimated costs for our services to give you an idea, or a range, for the price you can expect to pay upon completion of your cleaning appointment. Our quotes and estimated prices are generally accurate. No service will be performed until the final price has been agreed upon either through an in-person estimate appointment or in the beginning of your scheduled service if your given quote was determined via methods other than an in-person estimate appointment.
Only estimates and quotes received directly through Sparkle Cleaning Group will be considered otherwise a new estimated price will be determined for you.
Service prices
Services offered by Sparkle Cleaning Group are individually priced per client. There many factors to be considered when determining the best price for your cleaning service. And, many of those factors can vary between clients and warrant a varied price model. Our price model is based on many elements and components.
Type of cleaning. Depending on the type of service requested, your price will vary.
Square footage. The size of the property plays a role in determining your pricing.
Number of bedrooms. The amount of bedrooms your property has is important in your pricing.
Number of bathrooms. The amount of bathrooms your property has is important in your pricing.
Dirtiness. Whether you regularly clean your home, or your property has never been cleaned or maintained, plays an important role in your pricing. For One-Time Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, and Move-Out Cleanings, this factor is the most important in determining your pricing.
Customization. If you added add-ons to your service, your price will reflect those changes.
Custom requests. Client requests will be priced accordingly. If you have custom requests for your service, your price will reflect those changes.
Tidiness. Depending on the level of organization and/or amount of furnitures to be moved will affect your pricing.
All factors are considered in calculating your best price. The final price for our services will be provided to you prior to your cleaning. All cleanings are reasonably priced and we work with many budgets.
Add-on prices
We offer customizable options for our clients to add onto their cleaning appointments. The prices for certain add-ons are listed on our website, however some add-ons have a varied pricing model similar to how we price our services. These prices will be provided to you in addition to your final price for the main service. Pricing for certain add-ons that require an estimate will be provided upon completion of your in-person estimate appointment or on the day of your cleaning appointment if your estimate appointment was completed through other means.

We give clients 24 hours to cancel an upcoming cleaning appointment without incurring a cancellation fee. Any cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will result in a fee. We have set reminders for our clients to ensure they are aware of upcoming and future appointments.

Service area surcharge
Varies
We generally do not accept clients outside of our service areas. For special projects and circumstances, we may accept clients outside of service areas, but depending on the location of service, you will incur a surcharge fee. The amount of the fee will be determined based on the location and distance.

Discounts and loyalty rewards

Sparkle Cleaning Group allows 1 promotion to be applied per cleaning appointment. Discounts, coupons, rewards, and other promotions are only valid according to the terms and conditions of the promotion. Any promotions past their usability dates will not be accepted toward any cleaning appointments. Clients are not allowed and unable to stack their promotions to be applied to only 1 cleaning appointment. Promotions, discounts, rewards, and coupons have no monetary value and is only applicable for use on Sparkle Cleaning and our services.

Estimate appointments
This information discusses estimate appointments. For policies regarding quotes and prices, please see our
Prior to booking a cleaning appointment, clients are required to book an estimate appointment. We offer varying ways of receiving an estimate and depending on the method of your estimate appointment, you may receive your final price at the conclusion of your estimate appointment or on the day of cleaning.
Estimate appointments are free and there are no commitments when booking an estimate appointment. There are no fees or penalties when cancelling an estimate appointment.
In-person estimate appointments. When booking an in-person estimate appointment, you will receive your final price at the conclusion of your appointment due to our ability to fully grasp the level of cleaning and amount of labor it will require to leave your home sparklingly clean.
Virtual estimate appointments. Virtual estimate appointments through means of video chat, images and text, and other accommodations will be able to book an appointment without receiving the final price. Your final price will be determined on the day of your cleaning appointment when our cleaners will be able to view the property and determine the appropriate price. Prices received at the end of virtual estimates are provided as a range and may be subject to change.
Commercial estimate appointments. Commercial estimate appointments function similarly to in-person estimate appointments. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide virtual estimate appointments for commercial projects at this time.
Scheduling
New clients may book their first cleaning appointments upon completion of an estimate appointment. Existing clients may schedule their cleanings whenever they may choose to. Sparkle Cleaning Group will review all booking requests and clients will receive a notification if your cleaning appointment was confirmed. Please note that only confirmed appointments will be booked and scheduled for service. Clients are unable to book with specific cleaning teams. We will delegate the best cleaning team for your property.
Only appointments booked through Sparkle Cleaning Group via Square and Thumbtack will be honored and scheduled. Appointment availability may be limited due to demand, location, or hours of operation. Clients living in communities may be scheduled on the same days, which may result in limited availability. Sparkle Cleaning Group does its best to try to work with and accommodate clients on scheduling restrictions.
Cancellation policy
Clients are given a full 24 hours to cancel a cleaning appointment without any fees or penalties. Our clients are automatically enrolled in reminders regarding their upcoming and future appointments. Clients have 48 hours to view and modify their appointments.
We operate based on our schedule. Any unforeseen and late notice cancellations disrupt the flow of our operations and the schedule of our cleaners. Cancelling 24 hours in advance allows us to fill the gap between our schedules.

Sparkle Cleaning Group does its best to adhere to service durations for your convenience, however we may finish earlier or later than expected depending on circumstances.
Arrival times
Our cleaners try their best to complete cleaning appointments in a timely manner. Depending prior cleaning appointments, distance, traffic, and weather conditions, we may arrive later than your scheduled appointment time. If we have not arrived at the location within 20 minutes of the start of your scheduled cleaning, your cancellation fee may be waived. In addition, Sparkle Cleaning Group may arrive earlier than scheduled if our schedules allows it.

Referrals
We offer referral points and rewards for our clients. In order to properly claim and submit a reward, you must submit the referral through our system on our website. Word-of-mouth may also be accepted as referral, but additional verification may apply. Sparkle Dollars are awarded to clients with successful referrals. Successful referrals are referrals that have scheduled and completed one cleaning appointment.
Sparkle Dollars
Sparkle Dollars are and used by Sparkle Cleaning Group as rewards for clients who successfully refer our cleaning services to family, friends, and neighbors. Sparkle Dollars may also be awarded randomly to recurring clients. In order to claim your reward, you must keep and hand back the Sparkle Dollar to one of our cleaners during your cleaning appointment.
Recurring Client Policy

Terms and conditions
In order to be recognized as a recurring client, you must receive cleaning at least 1 cleaning within a month. Recurring cleaning prices are different from one-time cleaning prices. If you fail to schedule and complete a cleaning appointment within 30 days of your last cleaning appointment, you may receive a new cleaning rate.
Weekly. You must schedule your next appointment within 1 week of your last cleaning appointment. You have a 7-day grace period to reschedule your cleaning appointment past the allotted required time.
Bi-weekly. You must schedule your next appointment within 2 weeks of your last cleaning appointment. You have a 7-day grace period to reschedule your cleaning appointment past the allotted required time.
Every other week. You must schedule your next appointment within 3 weeks of your last cleaning appointment. You have a 7-day grace period to reschedule your cleaning appointment past the allotted required time.
Monthly. You must schedule your next appointment within 30 days of your last cleaning appointment. You have a 3-day grace period to reschedule your cleaning appointment past the allotted required time.
We use grace periods to allow our recurring clients to retain recurring rates by scheduling appointments within the allotted grace period if our clients fail to schedule a new cleaning appointment within the recurring frequency or if the service was cancelled.
New recurring client offer
Sparkle Cleaning Group offers 10% off one cleaning service for clients who sign up for recurring cleaning service. In order to qualify and claim, you must schedule and complete 2 cleaning appointments consistently based on your recurring frequency in order to be awarded a discount for our service.
