What if your cleaners broke something? While our cleaners are trained to be careful and gentle with delicate items, we understand that accidents may happen. If you find that there is damage to your personal item(s), please contact us. |

What is recurring cleaning? Our clients may choose to receive cleaning on a set frequency ranging from monthly to weekly, depending on their needs. Clients who choose recurring cleaning gets a lower cleaning rate than clients requesting One-Time Cleanings and is able to secure that rate. |

I need to cancel my appointment. What do I do? You may call, text, or cancel your appointment yourself if you have a customer profile. Please be aware of the cancellation fee if you are cancelling less than 24 hours in advance. |
The cleaners have not arrived. What should I do? We understand timing is very important. We try our best to make it to your appointments in time. We reserve 20 minutes of your cleaning appointment for arrivals. If we have not arrived within 20 minutes, please contact us. |
