Our Move-Out Clean service is specifically designed to meet the rigorous standards of landlords, property managers, and new homeowners, guaranteeing a flawless handover and maximizing your chance of getting your full security deposit back.

This is our most intensive and detailed cleaning package. We meticulously address every surface, appliance, and fixture from floor to ceiling, reaching spaces that have collected dust and grime over years of occupancy. We don't just clean what's visible; we sanitize and detail every nook and cranny to restore the property to pristine, move-in ready condition.

    This service includes everything in our Deep Clean, with extra emphasis on the interior cleaning of all appliances and cabinets, which is typically required by leases and contracts:

  • Interior and exterior of all kitchen and bathroom cabinets/drawers scrubbed clean
  • Exterior of the oven cleaned and fully degreased
  • Exterior of the refrigerator/freezer cleaned and sanitized
  • Detailed scrubbing of tubs, showers, sinks, and toilets, focusing on limescale and soap scum
  • Floors thoroughly vacuumed, edge-vacuumed, and deep-mopped
  • Baseboards, crown moldings, and trim wiped clean to remove dust and scuffs
  • Spot cleaning of walls (upon request)
  • Interior windows, sills, tracks, and frames detailed to remove debris and dirt
  • Blinds and light fixtures fully dusted and wiped (reachable height)
  • High-touch areas (switches, handles) disinfected

  1. Available for many budgets. Factor-based pricing utilized for services. Minimum service charges apply. Sparkle Cleaning Group does not guarantee to be able to accommodate budgets completely. We will work with you to find the best price, but our services carry a minimum service charge.
  2. Allergies and sensitivities must be disclosed before appointment to properly accomodate you. Preferred cleaning products must be requested and disclosed before start of the appointment. Clients are also to supply specific products requested, if we do not carry the product in our supply. We may purchase the cleaning products for your convenience, but you will incur added costs.
  3. Your home will be secured as you instruct. Instructions must be provided to customer service or the cleaning team in order to properly secure your home. If no instructions provided, our team is trained to lock all doors before exiting the property and windows will be closed. On certain cleaning experiences or services, we may leave the windows open to allow strong odors to leave or for moisture to dry off.
  4. There are no penalties for cancellations prior to 24 hours of the appointment. For cancellations less than 24 hours in advanced, you may incur a cancellation fee due to such short notice. Extenuating circumstances may allow us to waive the cancellation fee as a courtesy. See more of our pricing and scheduling policies at sparklecleaning.group/policies.   5. Eco friendly cleaning available upon request. You are responsible for requesting such option before appointment to properly accomodate you. Clients are to provide eco friendly cleaning products to use for their service. If no products will be provided, we can purchase the products for use, but clients are responsible for additional fees. See Footnote 2 for additional information.
  6. Interior windows included. Subject to reachability. Interior side only. Depending on the reach of the position of the windows, Sparkle Cleaning Group does not guarantee the ability to clean to any or all windows considering the tools available at our disposal.
  7. Washing and drying available as laundry service. Laundry detergents, fabric softeners, scents, dryer sheets, and other applicable laundry materials are provided by clients. We do not carry materials for wash or dry laundry service within our supply. Sparkle Cleaning Group does not assume responsibility for damages to your laundry. We advise and ask our clients to organize and separate their laundry to ensure fabric materials are washed and not mixed with incompatible garments. We advise clients to make note of delicates and organize laundry by color to avoid staining. Sparkle Cleaning Group is not responsible for shrinkage or other cosmetic changes to your garments. Your laundry service experience is dependent on your instructions and preparations.
  8. If you request for your clothes to not be dried, you must provide the space and support for hang-drying. We recommend you dry your clothes and avoid including garments that cannot be dried.

  9. Available for clients with in-unit washer and dryer machines only. Sparkle Cleaning Group is only able to perform laundry service in units with washer and dryers. Apartment complexes and communities with communal laundry units are not available for this add-on.
  10. Available for clients with clothing iron or steamer only. Sparkle Cleaning Group does not carry additional equipment outside performing cleaning services. We request that clients provide the equipment necessary to iron or steam clothing.
  11. Any and all fees are disclosed and there are no surprising fees. Sparkle Cleaning Group discloses all possible fees incurred for your service in the Sparkle Welcome Guide (PDF) for clients. Our pricing and fees are also laid out in sparklecleaning.group/policies.
  12. Sparkle is fully insured. For accidents and damages, please contact us to file a claim and we will work with you to rectify the issue within reason. Any reports are fully investigated and you may be asked for proof to support your report. Damages may be covered in cash value or cleaning services equivalent to the value of damages. Subject to investigation by Sparkle Cleaning Group. We may also replace or repair any damages, courtesy of Sparkle Cleaning Group, to rectify the issue.
