While we strive for perfection at every appointment, we are human. If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of our service, we want to know about it so we can make it right.
1. Our 24-Hour Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any part of your cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.
- How to Report: Email us at support@sparklecleaning.group or call/text us at 617-575-9570.
- What to Include: Please provide a description of the issue and, if possible, photos of the area that was missed or not cleaned to your satisfaction.
2. The Solution: Complimentary Re-Clean
We do not offer cash refunds for completed services. Instead, we stand by our work by offering a complimentary re-clean of the specific areas that were missed.
- Scheduling: We will make every effort to return to your property within 48 to 72 hours of your report to correct the issue.
- Scope: The re-clean is limited to the specific areas or tasks that were reported as unsatisfactory. It does not include a full cleaning of the entire property or new tasks that were not in the original scope of work.
3. Exclusions & Limitations
Please note that our Guarantee of Satisfaction is subject to the following limitations:
- Reporting Window: Reports received after the 24-hour window may not be eligible for a complimentary re-clean, as dust and life happen quickly!
- Pre-Existing Conditions: We cannot guarantee the removal of permanent stains, wear and tear, or damage that existed prior to our service (e.g., hard water stains that have set over years, scratched floors, etc.).
- Hazards: For the safety of our team, we do not clean bio-hazards (mold, bodily fluids, animal waste) or areas that are inaccessible/unsafe. These areas are excluded from our guarantee.
- Appointment Attendance: If you choose to inspect the work during a walk-through at the end of the appointment, any approval given at that time is considered final.
